2023/2024 Fundraising Project-THE DOG PARK
In late 2022, we officially kicked off fundraising for our next large construction project! Dugas Community Park will become home to Allen County’s first off-leash Dog Park. The plans for the dog park include a two acre small dog area, a four and a half acre large dog area, agility exercise items for each area, seating and the Billie P. Hatcher Pavilion. The dog park will also be our first amenity constructed within the Pretty Woods section of the park along US 31E! Give our office a call at 270.622.4029, if you would like to request more information.
Thanks to the support of our wonderful donors we met the Laura Goad Turner Charitable Foundation match of $50,000 for Dog Park donations between November 2022 and the end of 2023! Fundraising dollars are still needed to bring this project to life, so keep those donations coming in to help us meet our goal even quicker. If you or your organization would like to match donations, please email our office at director@dugaspark.org. To see what the Dog Park will look like click here!
