Current COVID-19 Statement (3/18/2020)
Dugas Community Park currently remains open to the public. As an outdoor park, we have not received any recommendations for closure from the Center for Disease Control (CDC). We ask that those enjoying the park for recreation do so in groups less than ten and practice social distancing (maintain 6 feet of distance between yourself and others).
The CDC currently reports that no transmissions of COVID-19 have occurred from surfaces. However, we advise those who choose to use our playground and picnic tables to exercise caution, as we are unable to disinfect the surfaces after each use.
