Dugas Community Park’s First Annual Pumpkins in the Park is on Saturday, October 26th this year! Join us at 4PM on Dumont Hill and enjoy local vendors, live entertainment, and a variety of activities for children! Pumpkin painting, bobbing for apples, an inflatable obstacle course, and trick-or-treating for Halloween candy! There will be tons of fun for the whole family to enjoy.
Admission is $5 (cash only) a carload with entry at the Dumont Hill Events Gate. Any pedestrians or bicyclists will receive free admittance.

Registration is now open, but hurry—only 16 teams will secure their spots.
Enjoy a thrilling double elimination format as you compete for the cash prizes awarded to the winning team and first runner-up. Whether you’re a seasoned cornhole pro or just looking to have a great time with friends, this event is perfect for everyone.
Entry Fee: $50
Team Size: Two players + 1 alternate
Tournament Style: American Cornhole Association Rules; Double elimination.

All teams will receive free admittance, and early parking privilege, to the Pumpkins in the Park event.
This year our annual Trunk or Treat tradition will be a piece of the larger Pumpkins in the Park event.
These are the things to know about the event:
- Saturday, October 26th at 336 North Bedelia Street in Scottsville, Kentucky
- Vehicles can begin setting up at 2:45PM
- THE EVENT GATE OPENS AT AT 4PM
- Spaces are limited and first come, first served.
- Spaces will be assigned on October18th.
- This year there will be no drive thru set up for trunk or treating.
- Participants will be able to engage with the youth collecting candy directly as they walk up to trunks.
- Your location is changed from previous years, but all participants will be assigned to a space.
- You will receive your placement and the event layout by email.
- Dugas Park employees/volunteers will be at the park to direct you
Please read the policies carefully and make sure you understand and comply with each item
- Please bring plenty of candy! In previous years, we have had over 400 children participate and this year we expect even more! We will have additional candy just in case.
- No overly scary displays will be allowed for decoration and/or costumes
- All car trunks and treats will be inspected before the event begins
- A representative must be with the trunk at all times
